The Virginia Collectors Association is a trade organization of third party debt collectors within the state of Virginia. We are affiliated as a state unit with ACA International, Inc., Minneapolis, MN. We would invite agencies and attorneys who are engaged in debt collections to apply for membership in our organization. The policies of ACA can be found in this website. We are actively involved to ensure collections by all our members are within the guidelines of the the FDCPA and other state and federal regulations.
